Delivery & Returns
Standard Delivery
Standard next day delivery anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Ireland provided orders are received by us before 5pm.
For orders to Channels Islands, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides, the Shetland and Orkney Island delivery can take 3-7 days .
Please note furniture and large items can take 3-4 days for delivery.
Delivery Charges
For orders of £30 (ex VAT) or over delivery is free of charge.
For order under £30 (ex VAT) there is a £6.50 delivery charge.
Shortages
Please inform us of any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will send a replacement.
Backorders
All items out of stock will be placed on backorder and you will be notified by e-mail with an estimated due date. If this is unacceptable please notify us and we will try to source an alternative.
Returns
Please notify us of any items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery, unwanted/unrequired items will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Once the return has been raised you will be contacted and given a returns number which will need to be written on the outer packaging and will be collected within 2-3 days.
